🚸 Lost Child / Missing Parent
If you become separated from your child, parent or carer, please speak to the nearest volunteer immediately. The main Information Point is at Location 1 – Main Entrance.
🌦️ Weather
Some activities may pause or close if weather conditions become unsafe. Please follow instructions from event staff and volunteers.
🎵 Noise Information
EllenFest is a live music festival and there will be amplified music and entertainment throughout the day.
Whilst we will ensure sound levels remain appropriate for a family event, it may still be loud at times, particularly close to the stage and fairground rides.
If you or your child are sensitive to noise, we recommend bringing ear defenders or other suitable hearing protection so everyone can enjoy the day comfortably.
Event Rules
- 🚫 No food or drink may be brought onto site.
- 🚭 No smoking or vaping anywhere on school premises.
- 🐕 No dogs, except assistance dogs.
- 👨👩👧👦 Under 16s must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- ❌ For safety reasons, school equipment including the outdoor gym, climbing frame, trim trail and play equipment must not be used during the event.

🛍️ External Stalls

🚚 Stallholder & External Vendor Information
This information is intended for third-party stallholders and external vendors attending EllenFest 2026.
Arrival & Setup
The field will be accessible for stallholder setup from 11:30am. No access will be permitted before this time.
Unloading & Parking
You may use the school car park to unload on arrival, however all vehicles must be moved to the road by 12:30pm at the latest, as the car park will then be used for event activities.
For safety, there will be no vehicle movement during event hours.
Alternative Access
If preferred, you can unload using the gates marked as the Emergency Exit behind the stage area on the site map. This will be closer to the stallholder area and there is designated parking on the road.
Stall Requirements
- Gazebo: maximum 3m x 3m for a standard pitch or 3m x 6m for a double pitch.
- Table: maximum 6ft for a standard pitch or two 6ft tables for a double pitch.
- Please provide any chairs required.
Please set up your gazebo as close as possible to the next stallholder so we can make the best use of space and ensure room for everyone attending.
Trading Expectations
Please ensure your stall is staffed and trading for the duration of the event where possible.
Prohibited Items
We do not permit the sale of aerosol items such as Silly String, or toys/items resembling weapons.
Tickets & Admission
Your stall permits you and one other person access to the event. Any additional people, including children, will need a ticket.
Power & Waste
Vendors must provide their own generator/power that has been PAT/safety tested, unless power access has been pre-arranged.
Vendors are responsible for removing all waste from site at the end of the event.
Documentation
Please ensure your food hygiene certificate and any relevant certificates are up to date and available on the day.
