🚚 Arrival & access
- Arrival and unloading from 11:30am.
- Vehicles may enter for unloading only and must be moved off site by 12:30pm.
- The event opens to visitors at 1pm.
- Please follow directions from PTA/school staff when arriving and unloading.
⛺ Setup requirements
Pitch
Stallholders should bring their own gazebo, maximum 3m x 3m, unless otherwise agreed.
Table
Please bring your own table, up to 6ft, unless a different arrangement has been agreed.
Power
Vendors must provide their own safe/PAT-tested power unless power access has been specifically pre-arranged.
Waste
Vendors are responsible for removing their own waste from site at the end of the event.
✅ Important rules
- No aerosol silly string.
- No toy weapons.
- Gazebos and loose items must be secured safely.
- All required public liability insurance and documentation must be provided before the event.
- Food/drink vendors must comply with their own food hygiene, licence and safety obligations.
- If there is a problem on the day, contact Sarah Wood via the event team.
